Company Information

If you haven’t heard about Admiral Markets, then you must be new to the financial trading industry. Found in 2001, the international online broker is one of the biggest names in the branch. The brand is owned by Admiral Markets Group AS, which is currently located in Estonia. However, most of the operations are handled by two principal subsidiaries – Admiral Markets Pty and Admiral Markets UK Ltd. As one of the most reputable names in the sector, the broker is regulated by various financial authorities, such as the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) in the UK, and complies with the MiFID (Markets and Financial Instruments Directive). Admiral Markets is also regulated strictly by the EFSA (Estonian Financial Supervision Authority). The company is associated with many of its excellent training courses and education packages. Its efforts to provide competitive services and helpful guidance for their clients were paid off constant time. The awards Admiral Markets won in 2013 were a clear result of its efforts. The broker managed to hold “The Best of Forex for Novice Traders” and also “The Best of Forex for Experienced Traders”. Both prizes came from the famous financial magazine “Financial Review Smart Investor”. The brokerage company is still expanding nowadays at a steady pace with the ambition to become one of the most renowned global trading organisations.

Trading Information

Admiral Markets provides an extensive collection of instruments available for trading. Every client of the brokerage company is free to trade with various assets including 32 stocks, 59 Forex currency pairs, 14 indices and five commodities. All of these financial instruments are offered differently depending the account type. The kinds of profiles provided by Admiral Markets are three: Admiral Markets, Admiral Prime and Admiral MT5. The first one is the most standard account, which most of the traders will choose. It consists about 32 Forex pairs and 48 CFDs with spread starting from 0.8 pips. The leverage for this account type can go up to 1:500 and Stop Out is set to 30%. The next profile is for traders, who can invest a significant amount of funds. The benefits are quite attractive as spreads start from 0 pips and leverage caps at 1:200. The Admiral Prime traders have access to 46 Forex pairs and 3 CFDs with Stop Out set to 50%. The last account type is still experimental for those who want to try MT5.

Trading Platform

Admiral Markets offers state-of-art technology for all trading operations. The broker employs MetaQuotes’ jewel in the Forex world – MetaTrader 4. The trading platform is a preferred choice for many professional traders. MT5 is also available, but it’s still quite limited compared to its older and traditional version. For those who like to trade directly in their browser, Admiral Markets offer MT4 Web Trader version. The software allows anyone to start trading immediately without any download. The mobile experience is backed up as well for Android and iOS devices. Also, the online broker offers access to numerous helpful tools. Every customer can take advantage of Economic Calendar, One Click Trade, the popular MT Supreme Add-on, Autochartist and Real Time News. And great news for the algorithmic traders, they will be able to use all sorts of EAs on their accounts.

Security and Customer Services

The high security is also a strong characteristic of a first-class broker like Admiral Markets. The company ensures a perfect protection of their clients by cooperating with one of the most popular online security providers – ESET LLC. All sensitive data is well guarded on the broker’s internal servers. Admiral Markets and the supervising authorities also ensure the financial stability of the company.

Customer care is handled via several different channels. Customers can easily contact the support team and explain their issues via phone, live chat, email or even a web form. Clients can expect a quick and adequate response 24/5. As an international brokerage company, Admiral Markets support various languages on their communication channels.

Deposits and Withdraws

Customers will be able to deposit funds through some payment methods. It’s natural that the most popular ones are presented, and you can easily review them all in the table. Usually, deposits are instantly process except for the bank transfer (1 to 3 business days) and PayPal (up to 12 hours). Additional charges can apply only for credit/debit cards and PayPal transfers, where both are set to 0.9%.

Withdrawals, on the other hand, will take longer due to some verifications and checks. The usual waiting time is from 12 hours to 3 days. The payment options are limited, but luckily processing fees are not involved.

Deposit Bonus and Loyalty Program

Admiral Markets are not a company that will offer you tricky welcoming bonuses with high requirements. Quite the opposite, the broker offers a few promotions with great conditions for their traders. The ForexBall is a contest made on a yearly basis with an attractive prize pool of $541 000. Admiral Markets provides customized exclusive offers for their new clients. Every customer that is willing to invest more than £15 000 is free to contact the broker and receive a special bonus deal.

Apart of these, the company provides an excellent loyalty program for their dedicated traders. Every order made by the client accumulates Admiral Club points, which can be easily exchanged for extra funds. Take note that the bonus money is not locked out, but immediately credited to the account. The actual accumulation rate is 100 points per a single full lot.
